I just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know that I was pleased with the service both of the guys provided me during their install at my store.  I felt very well taken care of and they really took the time to make sure everything was completed and answered all of my questions.  Even though they gave me the manual and DVD, they let me know that I could always call if I has any questions and just last week I did have a question and they helped me/taught me how to adjust the volume over the phone,  I just wanted to let you know because they seem to enjoy what they do and it shows especially in their service.  I’m so big on customer service so I wanted to recognize the both of them and let you know.  Thank you again for all your help as well and making this experience great!
